I'm not an eBay fan per say. I was just asking if you had checked there.

[QUOTE=fine69;7877412]I'm not an eBay fan per say. I was just asking if you had checked there.[/QUOTI did see some on e-bay But some are way to high priced or have to be bid on and I would rather do a buy now and not play around.sometimes you can find things reasonable.

hey jurassic, i found the converter. if you want to cover shipping , ill just send it to ya. i have had it for years, never found a use for it. i cant spost a pic from my phone, but can text some to you if you want it. it is a realistic brand, i believe that was radio shacks brand.

Re: WTB FM converter

Can someone educate this greenhorn? What does an FM converter do? I'm guessing converts AM to FM?
Thanks!

Re: WTB FM converter

ha ha, That's it. Back in the day that FM was a luxury, you could go to K mart or Radio Shack and spend about 10-15 bucks and get the small deal that plugs into the antenna hole on your AM radio to pick up FM. Not a real quality sound, but chicks dig it LOL. I guess it ages us that havem or know about em.

That is a funny question, I bet FM converters haven't been sold in stores now for 20 years. I bought a few of them to keep from cutting up dashes...just wondering, how old are you Jay?
