What Black Diff Covers Are Popular Here?

The 72 K10 I just bought has cheap-a$$ chrome diff covers. I want to put some plain black ones back on. What brand are most guys here using on this forum, and where's the best place to order them?

I looked for a while to find a stock one. I finally picked one up that the owner sand blasted for me. Then I finished it with primer and POR 15 top coat and it turned out great.

I agree. OEM the way to go. Especially on the front 44 where they are extra thick to keep from bashing into the ring gear.

I'd love the OEM covers, and don't mind restoring them, but I don't know where to find them. Been searching the internet for a couple days.

Same with steelies. I thought these parts would be everywhere for these trucks. Boy was I wrong.

Dana Spicer? Thanks. Just Googled their number. I'll call.

This is my first classic truck restoration. All my experience is in air-cooled Porsches. I'm really starting from zero on this 72 K10.
