Power steering ?

What year power steering boxes will work on my 71 Only 67-72 or will later 70's also work . Are pumps also interchangeable ?

All the way up to 80 or 81. In 73 they went to long water pumps and changed the brackets and pump style. I know you'll have problems making a 73-up pump/brackets work unless you change to a long water pump and change out all brackets/pulleys to that style.

You didn't say 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive. There is a big difference. Not to mention 4x4 steering boxes are harder to find.
