Need a title and VIN plate for a '73

Like the subject says, I need a clean title and VIN plate for a 1973 truck or sub. Thanks.

title and vin

Well the LEGALway is to apply to the motor vehicle office in your state for a replacement vin number as I just did with my 84 scottsdale. It cost me 10 bucks and 11 weeks of waiting.Any other way is not lawful and can get you arrested and your truck impounded...Jim

It would be bad if you could do it legally that way. That way somebody can just steal your truck swap out vin plates and call it not stolen. Although I wish I could do that to my 85 so I could make it 25 years or older and get out of emissions testing.

I'm not saying anyone is doing something illegal, but the government looks at it that way.

And I'm not pointing my finger at anyone. I live in Calif. This has got to be the worst state in the Union! Everytime you turn around someone has to put there two cents in. Don't let it happen where you live.
