Got all my body work done! Here she is . . .

So I finally got my truck back from the body shop yesterday . . . the body work looks good, and they did a very nice job matching the paint. I was supposed to have it Friday, but they had some trouble getting a paint code so they had to take it to a shop with one of those digital color scanners. It's nice to finally have a perfectly clean truck. Only some super minor issues remain, other than that it is running very well and most of the resto is squared away. I was finally able to get some pictures that actually capture the color of my truck. Lemme know what you think.

Some of your pics are just red "X". From the pics I did view, you have a real nice truck and the restoration looks great.

I've been waiting for you to post some more pics. I really like the stance of your truck. Is that a 4 inch lift with 33's?

You got it. 4inch with 33x12.5's.

Thanks much for all the compliments

Sorry it took so long to get the pics. I decided to wait until I got the body work done. Also to answer the other question, It does still have the origional tank, so I'm running dual tanks. The aux fuel cell is 18 gallons. That makes filling up kinda pricey but I'm usually good for a few weeks.

Thanks again

-Dave-

I can't remember who makes the switch that I'm using but it's real streight forward. Fuel lines from both tanks run into this little box that is mounted on the frame and then there is a toggle switch in the cab. When it's flipped back, it draws from the rear and the gauge recieves signal from the rear sending unit, and when it's flipped to the front, it's the opposite. It works awesome. I can look at it tomorrow and see who makes the switch.

Edit: looked, but can't seem to find any ID on it. I would guess that you could order one from most auto parts stores.

STUNNING

Can't wait until my body work is done~! I just got started. It took me 2.5 yrs to get everything else done and acquire all the parts. I took all the trim off last week and started sanding. What a Bi7ch~! These 4x4's are~! No short project as originally intended.
