More to come...look at the frame in this picture...the reason these parts are for sale.

Question INBOX FULL?

My inbox is not full. I've had a few messages that it is, so if someone has questions about these parts, the bed or the cab, please e-mail me a praaayz@hotmail.com.

VTKidder,

I've been remembering you, and those tubs. There is a lister that seems to want the bed in a very serious way, so we'll see what happens with the ebay listing. If it does not sell, I'd remove the tubs and sell them to you.

slam33,

I do believe that they can be removed, unbolted apart. If you are serious and the auction listing goes belly-up, then let me know, so I don't chop the thing into little pices for the salvage yard (which is my plan) ASAP.

Fishwacker,

El Cajon is not too far, so if you win the bidding on any of those items and the shipping is less, then I'll ship them to you at the lesser price. Just do a "72 chevy truck" search on ebay and you'll see those items ending this evening or in the next few days.

Your eBay listings only show the AC condensor. Do you have the compressor and brackets?

Yes, I do have a (second) complete A/C system. At this time I will not be selling those parts until I have determined what is faulty in my current A/C system. I will not be jumping into that project until the spring. So I won't know until late spring which other items will be for sale.

The PO (son of the orginal owner) had no interest or clue about fixing the simplest things, so when he told me that the A/C did not work and he cut the belt to the compressor, I knew that it could be anything possibly wrong...a switch, compressor...heck it may have simply been out of refridgerant!

So, I will sell most all of those extra items after I determine the problem and fix it.

Last year I drove down to Beverly Hills to buy a motorcycle on a Friday after work. Stopped on this side of the grapevine to get some ZZZ's. Pulled up to the address in the morning and was unloading the bike back here in Sacramento Saturday afternoon. The things we will do sometimes, heh?
