71 longhorn 4x4 3/4ton - round 2

My wife doesn't like my big "flower pot" in the yard. She wants it gone. $900. No motor. Rebuilt TH400, NP203 (I think), sitting on an 83 frame/suspension (I guess they were 6" longer on the wheelbase, which is why it worked with the longhorn). Needs rockers, bed wheellips getting bubbles. Has newer style truck seat, blazer gas tank (factory hole welded). It needs a new windshield, but there is a good one that goes with it. Has rear slider too. You can call 814-333-2704. Thanks. Brian

Parts

Yes, the hood is in the bed, as are the tranny cooler, radiator, extra front windshield, stock rear glass, and the original gas tank. He (the previous owner) had the original 350 in it that went with the frame (83). He pulled it when the motor went, had plans for a big block (he actually had it just sitting in there) and then pulled the motor the day before I got there. The fuel pump, starter and power steering pump are still attached to the truck from the small block.

The tires are good too! Reese hitch, dual exhaust. Good project. I just have too many.

motor

Yes, yours would be a direct bolt-in. You would need headers. He didn't change any of the motor mounts or anything. He just had the big block sitting in there.
