4x4 Dip Stick & Tube

-
I have a 4x4 dipstick and tube for sale. It is not perfect but they are extremely hard to find in any condition. The end of the tube is broken off right where it fits into the block and the mounting tab is broken also. (See arrows) The dip stick is approx. 25 inches long removed from the tube. As far as I know this is correct parts for all '67-'72 4x4 V8's.

$35 plus shipping. Member "Louisvillekytruck" has first shot at it.

PayPal, Check, or Money Order works for me.

Per board rules post in thread before sending PM's

Thanks,
LockDoc

To try and help keep other 67-71 4x4 owners and future viewers from thinking that they are missing the correct oil level stick/tube setup, as an FYI this extended style 4wd 25" oil dip stick and tube assy was only OE on the 1972 V8 K/5-10-15-20-25 models. Glwts, Mel

So you are saying that all the others were shorter than this one?

Shorter tube, stick, or both?

For 67-72 C/K trucks with small block V-8, most all of the oil dipstick/tube setups were the shorter harder to reach style and to my knowledge there was only one other small block oil dipstick/tube assy that was similar to the 72 K/4wd setup in look and length but the 67 tube had a slightly different bend profile and a different support bracket/brace, see added pics. OK, Thanks.

Looks like if the tube matches the dipstick, technically it will work for any small block.
