Product review Counterpart Automotive 4 Way Flasher

Hello
I figure I give another review on four way flasher system I bought for my 1965 Chevy c10. This was bought from Truck stop OC on eBay. They are little pricey at 200 buck. But considering what being sold on eBay with original flarestat 105 models going for $150 to $350 for incomplete units up to $700 for complete kits. I figured it was worth it to buy a complete repop. My first impressions it looks good it looks like a complete quality kit. The wiring aspect of the kit was done in the USA. I have become a big fan of counterpart automotive parts. They see, to always have quality parts I seen a lot of terrible repop parts in my time. So, the only grip I have is there are no instructions for install of 4 way flasher. However if you look on page 487 of your 1965 accessories manual it explains how to install kit. Overall, I think the kit is of good quality and would recommend it. Side note: *I did not receive 12v flasher with kit. I messaged Truckstop OC dot a flasher*

I might have another "clip" if you need it.

Good review. I am installing an original and am having to rewire part of it. Anyway, I was told by American Auto Wire if you have their classic update kit (maybe others) you can bypass the flasher on the 4 way flasher harness by using the brown wire on the AAW wiring harness. That wire goes to the hazard flasher on the fuse panel. Also don't forget to get an electronic flasher if you have LEDs.

Hello
There is suppose to be a flasher with this set up. I talked to Truckstop OC they say they are going to send me a new one.
