Big Block and Power Brake Booster question

Will there be any clearence issues with a big block motor and the 11" power brake booster? Thanks

Only if you are using the stock valve covers. I'm using the tall valve covers for roller rockers. The booster will clear if you don't have to do any adjusting on the rockers. If you do need to adjust a rocker, it's not fun getting the valve cover off.
