Painting defrost vents saddle (chestnut)

I have been looking for saddle defrost vents for a long time as all the tabs are broken on the ones that came in my 4X4 Blazer. Being unable to find a set (I have 1). I give credit to SoCoC10 for the 1 defrost vent and his post about painting to match the saddle color.

SoCoC10's Thread

I think this is pretty close and actually looks closer in person. Just wanted to give another example for everyone who might be in need of saddle parts and unable to find them.

Sorry, I thought I showed it in my picture. In the thread I linked to it actually shows the can with the color clearly. It is Chestnut.

I was having a hard time finding it locally. I ended up finding a few cans online.

Thanks for posting this. I went and purchased this paint this morning to do some touching up on my interior.

I cannot take credit for this as it was originally posted in the thread I linked to by SoCoC10.

If you were just going to be touching stuff up I would do a test spot somewhere that won’t be noticeable in case of fade or mismatch. Or you may end up painting the whole part.
