Intelltronix fuel gauge question

I have installed my Intelltroix digital gauges and everything is working except for the gas gauge. Per the instructions there is not suppose to be any power to the sending unit but I get 5V when it's on. I checked the wire from the dash to the sending unit and have continuity. The sending is new and is a 90ohm unit. I can't remember if I checked it or not. I even added more gas to see if it would register or not. Any ideas on what else to check?

Re: Intelltronix fuel gauge question

Does the gauge read full or empty? Touch the sending unit wire to ground and see if you get any reading change on the gauge.

Re: Intelltronix fuel gauge question

I double checked and the gauge still reads zero when grounded out. I have sent an email to Intelltronix but have not heard back yet.
