NL2 tanks. Free if you remove them.

I have a set of NL2 Aux tanks on a 72 C10. I plan on replacing the bed and have no reason to keep the tanks. I am not removing them but if someone in SW Washington (Longview) wants them they are free. Just have to take them out.
Will they stay attached to the bed when I remove it? Or do they have to come off first?

If they were nl2 tanks they only came on k20s so they must be aftermarket so who knows nl2 we’re bolted from the bed floor in k20s

Re: NL2 tanks. Free if you remove them.

Best view;
Thanks for the info. Tanks are bolted to the bed floor.
I may end up removing them if I can't get the bed off with them installed.
Question;
So the saddle tanks were not available, from the factory, in the 1/2T?
Or did they have a different designation than the NL2?
Still free, In two week they will be in the scrap heap with the bed sides.
