292 in 1966 K10 4X4

Hi
I'm looking for the parts needed to mount a 292 in my 1966 K10. I understand it takes a special offset cross member . If anyone has the parts needed let me know
Thanks

You need the right hand , or passenger side frame mount only . No crossmember

Like he said ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

Its the only thing different from the rest of the inline 6s

Motor mount location(s) are different on the passenger side for the 292 than on the 250 and 230 ( which are the same )

Yes, you are correct. The holes for it should already be in the frame. Unfortunately the 292 perch is unique, you can’t just find the ‘everything else’ part and move it forward

Although it’s a fairly rare part, I and others have found it through the help of others on this forum. Good luck in your search
Tom

Aerotruk63 posted a picture of what you are looking for on a stripped out 4x4 frame in the parts for sale section. Check it out.
