Front Coilovers: Ridetech vs QA1

I'm looking at putting coilovers on my 87' C10 this winter. I went to a show this year and saw both the Ridetech and QA1 booths, both sell a front 73-87 coilover kit.

The big difference I see is the shock design - Ridetech is a monotube single adjust shock, and QA1 is a twin tube offered in double adjustable.

I'm leaning to QA1 as their rep was saying double adjustable shocks will really help with eliminating rebound bounce. I live in rural Iowa and our roads are pretty rough in areas, lots of expansion joints in roads and uneven pavement sections.

I will not be autocrossing or racing, just driving. I have tried belltech shocks (stiff but nice handling) and some cheap KYBs (soft but very bouncy shock, the nose of the truck is up/down for a bit after hitting a pothole or bump).

Any thoughts? A monotube is supposed to be "better" designed shock, but the double adjustment is a nice feature as well. I'd love some real world thoughts.
