I don't know if it is acceptable to advertise your own stuff that's being sold on e-bay, but in the hope that it is, I have a pair of freshly powdercoated small block exhaust manifolds for sale. I don't know how to post a link, but the item number is 2463179449.

Has anyone tried to powdercoat their own manifolds? I was interested to know how it holds up.

Did you use a High temp powder? I know regular powder won't hold up to manifold temps. There are special powders that will do better. Never seen how they do long term though. They look really nice though. You should do good.
I rarely put stuff on the board anymore, seems a lot of people here want you to give it away. Everyone wants a superdeal. I go to ebay and then post a link. Never know, they might get a deal out of it in the end. I figure most board members surf ebay anyway, and they will come across my auctions.

Nevermind about the powder question, I didn't read the ebay listing. Looks good, if I was going to stick with manifolds, I would think about it.

There's a small factory near where I live that makes agricultural equipment, mostly planters. They powder coat their stuff before they sell it. Their business is very seasonal. On the off season they will powder coat things very cheaply. They quoted a price of $400 for an oven full. The oven is 25' X12'X10'. The High temp stuff costs a bit more and I had to wait until they had enough to justify an ovenful.
