69 Pro street project
I hope this works, I have been trying to get this project done but my body man has been slow, I found this truck under a tree. And just wanted to put big tires on it and got carred away. It was only supose to be a 1 yr project!! I am going to try and post some pics! this is my first time trying to post

Welcome to the forum nitrofn . It looks like you are the typical custom trucker. You just wanted to do one small thing, but then you opened up a can of worms and look where you are. Don't feel bad, everyone here has done it before or will be doing it in the future...

nitro,looks like you got it bad.Not only do you get carried away,you're also a perfectionist.And it's a 67-72 "the most loved truck".Now you've gone and done it.You will get it back together but "is one of these trucks really ever done?"

My friend and I made the front cross member and the arms are from Jims rod shop in WI. The rearend is also hand made with 457 strange gears And brakes And axels

Looks great nitrofn! That rear end looks very familiar...it wouldn't be from the shop in Pasadena that Ron Wells if part of, is it? I can't remember the name. What part of town are you from? Keep us posted on the progress.

Yes Ronny Wells And Kevin B And the boys from West side Hot-Rods Are a great help. I hope to get the cab back from the body shop this wk end, I would like to finish this project by Spring !!
