What are the 2wd k5 blazers....

What are the two wheel drive k5 blazers doing for rear suspension setups ? I was hoping someone would have a pre made set up for them. See i am going to run a porterbuilt front set up and need something to get the back end down to match the front, ANY suggestions will be considered.
