I have the dewalt and I LOVE IT!! It does not have an air impact power, but I use it a lot on my truck and cars.
When I did the front clip and suspension work on my 69 driver, it was all I used. Works great in a boneyard too, will break loose or just plain break just about any stubborn bolt.
I have serveral other dewalt 18v tools and batts so I didn't need them and I picked up a refurb model off e-bay(2 yrs ago) for right around $100 delivered. For that price I couldn't pass it up, best bang for the $$$, imo
