Do you remember exacly what length and size you purchased? could you post it up on here? Yes Lowes and Ace hardware should have the stainless flat head screws. If not you can get them real quick online mcmaster carr.

I just looked at the receipt and it does not indicate the size but what I did was I took the cap and the spacer with me along with one of the oridignal screws, I looked at how much the original screw came out of the cap I then put the spacer behind it and got a screw that stuck out just as much with both of them together. I will go by ACE on my way home and look at the box where they were and share it with everyone to make it easier sibnce I already know it worked...
