Shoulder Belts

Hello,

Curious about installing three point seat belts. See photo below - the plastic plugs are just behind each seat - all three rows.

1) These are for the shoulder strap, correct?

2) Do these just pop out? screw out? (I'd rather not ruin them to find out)

3) Are there threaded nuts under them ready for the aftermarket shoulder belts available or just a hole in the sheet metal?

4) How easy to install the aftermarket shoulder belts? (at LMT, Classic Part, Brothers)

Thanks,
Tim

Re: Shoulder Belts

In my burb I could just pry out the plastic plugs with my thumb nail, and there are threads behind each plug.

Re: Shoulder Belts

Same here, a buddy of mine said he used the shoulder portion of the seat belts out of a monte carlo and the stock button portion and the 3rd point bolted on with a torx type bolt that came with the belt, with no thread issues.
Now I am not sure what year model Monte he pulled them from but it looked stock.
