This would be a junk yard only item.
I recently came real close to buying a set of buckets out of a 66 or so Lincoln Continental. They were wide, very soft, black leather, and would have looked right at home in our trucks. To an untrained eye, they would look stock in there.
These seats were as nice as my recliner that I grow roots in whenever I sit there for more than 5 min...comfortable enough to sleep in and wake up with no sorness. (longhornjeff could back me up on that if he was still here)
Keep an eye in the wrecking yards...no one has to know your seat came from a ford or an import...as long as they look right in there and they don't hurt your butt...that is all that counts.
Oh, the seats I was looking at were in perfect condition the first day I saw them...I beat myself up for not asking (asuming they would cost too much) and when I went back the next week, some sh!t for brains had sat in the drivers seat with a screw driver in his back pocket. (ask me how I recognize this type of wound on a seat)
I asked anyways...30 bucks woulda gotten these seats and console...and the seats looked like you could drill a couple holes and bolt in...perfectly flat floor in the mounting points like our floor boards.
Been a week and I am STILL kickin myself in the ass fo that.
