Very nice looking truck. I am just starting on my 67. Got any advice. Who did you use for most of your parts?

Body parts I got from LMC in the beginning. Then I was turned on to a Local Resto store in my area called Kenny's Truck. Most of the places get there parts from the same vendor. What hurts the customer is the shipping and handling... These trucks are very popular see if someone in your area sells them. As for motor parts , I dealt with Summit and Jegs... Go to car show. You can find great deals!!!!

As for advice. Theirs two things needed to restore a truck. Money or patience. Set a realistic game plan. Don't try and do the truck all at once unless you have deep pockets... Break the truck up in to parts. Suspension, Motor, body parts (cab work, Front clip, bed work) Motor and Tranny, wiring, etc...,I wished I knew about this forum earlier. Good luck. If you need any advice and I can help feel free!!!

Yes, It's great that your boy want to get involved. My boy had no interest
in cars growing up. And my daughter just wants to know if she can drive it,
When it's done.

Great build man!
