Hello chaps , I'm from Blighty don't you know !

Pip pip , apples and pears , how's ya father and other dubious Dick van Dyke / Mary Poppins type references , what a cor blimey honest to goodness pleasure it is to join your wireless based conflabulation community

Well that's the stereotypes out of the way , lets get on and talk trucks . I've recently become the owner of a rather lovely old '63 P30 panel so I'm here to pump you all for information and advice if thats ok ? Been a biker and a rodder for most of my life , proud member of the Jesters CC and the VHRA (Vintage Hot Rod Assoc) , smoker , drinker , professional driver (Yes ... really) and all round loud-mouthed tit .

Happy to be here , hope you won't mind me hogging the sofa ?

Cheers , Ratty

South Norfolk in East Anglia (The bumb of coast above London on a map), just thought I'd try a bit of Stateside parlance

Oh, GB = Great Britain.

I had my hat tilted down so everything just slid over my head. It's cocked back now so I should get most of the stuff heh!

Re: Hello chaps , I'm from Blighty don't you know !

Haha , yeah . I know the rest of the world likes to call us the United Kingdom these days but I'm a bit old school and prefer GB , or even England . Us English tend to have the same relationship with the other countries in the UK as you guys in the US have with Canada . We kinda love each other but only if we all stay within our respective borders
