radio installation

Bought an Alpine radio for 64 Corvair today. To wire I have a question.

The radio has wires for a remote turn on, a audio interrupt in. a power antenna, a Illumination, a ignition, a battery and a ground.

My question is can I just disregard the remote turn on, a audio interrupt in. a power antenna?
And connect the Illumination, ignition, and battery wires together to the hot wire for the radio in the car?
I will ground the ground wire to the frame?

if a radio has a remote turn on..you have to have it hook up or it wont come on..even with switched 12v...you can leave tha interrupt, power antenna & illumination wires un hooked. you connect tha power wire from tha radio to a switched 12v source...tha yellow(whatever color it is) to a constant 12v source.....you can ground it by jus drilling a screw in a piece of metal near tha radio, or use a bolt that's already there & jus wrap tha wire around tha screw or bolt.

the remote turn on is for amps
audio interrupt is for a cell phone or gps
power annt is for the power annt

if you don't need these cover them so they don't short out

the illumination goes to the dash lighting(gauges) so they'll dim with the gauges lights..( this can if you want ,be put with the ignition power wire but you'll not have any dimming)

the batt+ is to go to a non switched power as this it what powers the radios memory [station pre sets/bass treble setting/eq setting/balance/fader/etc)

the ign + is for switched power ,so the radio goes off when you shut off the car..
