57 Chevy Cab Frame Mount help

I ordered a cab frame mounting kit from LMC truck but not sure how the parts go back on the truck. So I don't have to do it over, can someone describe or draw how the parts go and which ones go front or back.

I'll do my beat to explain it.
The thick rubber bushings are for the rear mounts and the thin "U" bushings are for the front.
The rectangular one goes between the cab and frame and the round one goes under the frame between the washer and frame.
Here's a pic from the service manual. It's kinda hard to see but helps.
"A" is the front mount and "B" is the rear.

thanks, one more question, on the thicker rear cushion there is a smaller metal sleeve in the middle, is this oriented up towards the cab or down towards the frame.

On the front I moved the rubber shims so there would be a cushion between the cab and frame.

On post #4 ( rear cab mounts), don't the bolt go up and thread into the factory caged nuts? That's how my 58 is. Or do they send nuts to bolt it down?

They supply nuts. I've had two different cabs, a 55 and a 57 and neither had caged nuts for the rear mounts.

By now the caged nuts most likely will have broken on most of these trucks so they supply nuts to bolt the cab down.

I just removed a 58 cab at the wreaking yard and of course the caged nut spun and broke the cage loose, had to use a vice grip to hold it.

On my 59 the front did not have any cushion (the think anti squeak piece was gone) and the cab had never been off the frame. I have assumed that it was to keep the cab, fenders and hood in alignment with the rear rubber providing some cushioning. Here is what the FAM shows.
