350 in place of 402?

We are wondering if we can put a completely overhauled Chevy 350 in our 3/4 ton 1972 Suburban that has the original 402 in it. It has the original automatic tranny. Can we take the 402 out and put the 350 right in? Will the 350 line right up with the original tranny or do we need to replace the tranny as well? Do we need different motor mounts? Any info is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance guys!

I think you'll have to switch to sbc motor mounts and frame brackets
