i have a friend who has a 69 GMC SWB, it has a new 350 from a well known engin builder around here. it's in primer, interor is ok and runs great is it worth 4000?

ive said this quite a bit before, it is worth whatever someone will pay for it, there is no fixed retail price on a 67-72, think of a price and go from there. if the body is in very decent shape and the drivetrain is good, you could probly get 4000 for it

MAYBE IT'S A CLASSIC.... MAYBE IT'S JUST AN OLD TRUCK...... ASKING HOW MUCH IT'S WORTH WITH NO MORE INFO THAN IT'S A 350 & IN PRIMER.. IS ABOUT LIKE GOING TO A SYCIC TO FIND OUT WHY YOUR TRUCK WONT START.

Value is determined by if you think it's a good deal. Now if the body is virgin sheet metal, in primer and ready to paint, fresh driveline, and the interior is ready to be restored, you may have a good deal.
