truck bucket seat covers vs. Blazer bucket covers

I just read a post about the truck bucket seats being different than the Blazer buckets. Will the truck seat covers fit over and work on the Blazer buckets or do need them spacifically for Blazer seats.
I am supposed to be buying the ones on the other board from woodmancfh but if they won't work for a Blazer I don't want to spen the money on them. Please post ASAP, or e-mail me at davemt36@hotmail.com
thanks Dave

Well as long as you dont have seat covers for the squarish metal backed blazer seat you be fine... truck buckets and blazer buckets are otherwise the same except for the passenger side floor mounting bracketry being different between the two.

Very little, except upolstery and the brackets are angled differently. As for the lowback bucket frames and foam, they are slightly more squared at the top. If you put 69-72 seat covers on them it would be difficult to tell them apart fronm the real thing.

Brackets won't work in a 67-72 cab without alterations, they angle more because the 73-up cabs have flat floors.
