Re: 2wd k5 Blazers
come on its not that cold.you just have to dress for it.It is a crispy -36c right now with about 3 feet of snow.I use dog sleds in winter so the blazer stays in the garage and our garages all have dirt floors up here so its not too cold to lay on when working on our trucks.lol.Yes it is not fun in the winter here.

That's a good looking truck. What wheels/tires are you putting on it?

Re: 2wd k5 Blazers
Thanks It is an 80 with manual windows and locks. Stock interior I will get some more pics up once I can wheel it out of the garage.. It is like 10 degrees with snow here and it sucks...

Re: 2wd k5 Blazers
3" spindle and 2" spring up front in the rear I used a 2" shackle and removed 2 leafs out the back. 20 inch Boss 20x8.5 up front with 22x9.5 in the rear. Also 1.5" wheel spacer out back (not in these pictures).

Re: 2wd k5 Blazers
Awesome looking Blazer! Being an '80 is it round or square headlights? If its square ya gotta post a pic of the front end. For some reason as of late I have taken a real liking to the square light 80's.

Re: 2wd k5 Blazers
Hmm.. I could have sworn that I posted pics of mine here..
The night I bought it.. Decided I liked blue better.. So I painted it just for now till I actually do the body work and swap stuff around. Removed the top Started to bag it and took a pic where the axle would be layed out Then we took off the front and found out why nothing lined up.. Was hit pretty good and someone did a crappy job of fixing it so now this is the starting point of it now. |
