Re: What tail lights on TF trucks
Thanks Butchp for starting this topic! I was just looking at tail lights for my truck. I have a rear bumper, but haven't gotten around to installing it. I hope other folks post pics their tail lights! ; )

Re: What tail lights on TF trucks
I always loved seeing custom work being done on tail lights. You see a lot of guys mounting them right on the rear fender or sinking them into a bumper which gives your truck that personalized touch. I'm building a recessed bumper for mine out out rectangular tubing and running the lights through it. I think these trucks just look better when you change up the rear end. The factory bumpers sit to fat away from the bed. I see some guys running model a tail lights on these trucks too

I like the stock tail lights. They don't look tractor-like to me.

Re: What tail lights on TF trucks
I actually like the stock style, but wanted something a little different. Bought these lenses off ebay and modified them to fit the stock housing.

Re: What tail lights on TF trucks
I used a set off of a 69 Chevy Kingswood wagon. The ones that were on the tail gate. I also repurposed the front turn signal lights and turned them into my back up lights.

Re: What tail lights on TF trucks
I had these '69 Datsun P/U lights laying around at the time I added turn signals and as a bonus got back up lights also.
