Small Block Roller

I've been thinking about turning my 350 into a roller. I'd like to get some ideas of what works best with what I have. I have a basically stock bottom end bored .040 over, 327 double hump heads, Weiand Stealth intake and 600 edelbrock carb. Pretty basic. I'm looking for the best bang for my buck as far as turning it into a radical roller. Any ideas would be great. Thanks for the help
