Can we identify this from a bad picture ?

this is one someone near me is throwing away, buddy sent me the picture I have not gone to look yet.....

A heavy medium for sure. My guess on year is 69/70 based on what I think I see as the fender emblem. It looks to me to be larger digits such as the C/60 or C/70. If that's a bowtie I'd say '68 cuz I think I see a side marker. Can't quite make out the clearance lamps

thanks SpecialK that is my take on it as well, I am hoping it is a 67-72 as my C60 had the dash stolen before I ever got it..... hopefully this one will supply a replacement.

Turns out it was a Gmc 5500......two speed rear....engine and trans gone..... Vacuum brakes....did not get numbers or SPID pictures.....but as expected it yielded the tachometer dash my 60 is missing.
