I would not worry about narrower as much as the shorter. I was turned onto the NITTO NT850 Plus series tires and they are great. These tires will get a good 50,000 miles on them without any issue and are great on the highway.

Well, I just installed 275/45/20's on the front to replace the stock 275/55/20's. What a difference it makes in driving the truck! No more scraping the inners on bumps, and turning radius is much improved.... as a bonus, the truck gained a l'il more rake. I'm very happy with the results. Only downside is the cost of 20" Goodyear Eagles.... not cheap
