I have a 68 cab with the title, it is rough but could be repaired if one wanted to spend the time on it. It comes with vin tag still intact and with the title. No I will not remove the tag you must take the complete cab with title.

They said it was but I would have to check to be sure. Yes I have the z-bar 30.00 shipped. I also have a nice set of pedals if you need them they are 60.00 shipped
