Latest Adventure and Additions

Well, I took a couple three week break from work and headed back East. I delivered my 65 Nova SS to Kentucky, picked up 64 Fatman chassis/cab/bed parts from Jamie (62 bigwindow), dropped off a 65 Chevy Suburban at Jamie's place for Jimmy (PGSigns) and then I picked up a couple more trucks and went shopping!!!!

Billy this has been a heck of a trip with some good shopping. I really like the 66 GMC that just looks cool to me. You said you were going to get a Vette. Just looks out of place with you truck collection.

Jimmy, really enjoying this trip --- lining up stuff for next trip!!!
Yeah, Vette may be a little out of place now but had another 62 Honduras Maroon all orig --- paint and matching numbers --- sold in 1985.
Saw this one and it struck a nerve 😄---
This one is 93,xxx orig miles, orig paint, never wrecked/cracked, matching number 327-340 hp, both tops and all components orig to car ---- lot of $$$ but long story short --- had to have it...

I really like the look of the GMC too --- gonna spend a few $$$ on it and drive it for a while 😄😎

Re: Latest Adventure and Additions

There are always cars out there that we get close to. For me its a 68 Chevelle SS396. Was the first fast car I ever owned. Still want another one. Glad you got it. Should be a great cruiser car.

Re: Latest Adventure and Additions

Agreed in the "special" car, mine is a 68 Cutlass 442, I had a Cutlass S when I was in HIgh School, lived that car, made it into a 442 Clone, had everything but the VIN....my sister totaled it when I was on a trip....grr.

Keep me in mind Billy, all I have found around me are junk or poor quality build that I just don't want to deal with. And there hasn't been many anyway really.

Re: Latest Adventure and Additions

Billy was great to actually put a face with a name and voice for you and Jimmy (PGSigns) as well. Enjoyed meeting and visiting with you guys that share the same passion and enjoyment for these old trucks that I do. Maybe we should put together some type of "Meet and Greet" on the east coast like those west coast guys do.
Who is in????
