Fred, I just noticed the shifter hole is forward of others I see...is this for 2 wd ?? I don't see a second hole for shifter, but is this correct for 2 wd 4 speed ?

Yes, it is for a 2wd,,, four speed truck.

In 4wd trucks the engine is further back that's why its further back and takes a flat boot ring and different boot. Thats what the one in my 69 K10 looks like.

Did you have time to look for a pair of door locks and key. If you have them, you could throw them in the same box.
