Checked the housings over very closely and didn't see any cracks. On the 'parts group' you asked about were you meaning the following:

Housings
Door panels (including the pull handle cup shown in last photo)
Carpet trim for bottom of door with chrome strip

I measured the parts for shipping and went online for shipping quote to 43311 and looks like $35 - $40 is best I can find.

All the parts you asked about totaled together the way they are priced in the ad comes to $100.

I figure you would save me for sure $15 in shipping on the items if I sent them postage paid (ones that are priced with shipping included).

So, for a package deal I would take $85 plus $20 shipping ($105 total) and I will take care of the remainder of the shipping cost.
