Radiator overflow nipple repair
I managed to pull my overflow hose out of the neck as I was messing around in the engine bay while replacing my ignition module. I was going to try this Dorman fix but I think I will need to drill out the neck a little. Has anyone had luck with repairing these with any other method?

Re: Radiator overflow nipple repair
I would solder it, or pay someone to solder it.

Re: Radiator overflow nipple repair
Oxy-acetlyene, air acetylene, and mapp gas work fine in that order.
