CPP Brake Calipers (4035 and 4036) for 73-87 disc brake swap? Brake hoses?

I bought these calipers from Summit CLP-4035B and CLP-4036B. Discovered the 73-87 brake hose won’t fit. Calipers have 7/16x20 threads and banjo bolt. CPP tech answered hose fitment question on Summit as below:
“The 1971-1978 hoses will work, that's when they used disc brakes. Our part numbers BHK-R7 (1/4 inch hard lines with 7/16x24 threads) or BHK-R7-68 (3/16 hard lines with 3/8x24 threads) will work.”

I believe my hard lines are 3/16” so won’t fit their 1/4” side…
Anybody run into this? Says they are only 16” long, may not be enough?
If I were to redo my hard line, then their hose may work…
Thx

Link to these CPP 4035/4036 calipers: https://www.summitracing.com/search/...olet/model/c10

inverted flare fitting is 7/16" x20.

Found another answer on Summit on these:
CPPTech · 4 months ago
"This caliper will fit 1971-1987 C10s, the C10s using the 1.250 Rotor (not the 1.00). The threads on the banjo are 7/16 x 20 which is what the 71-79 C10s used. So if used with an 1980-1986 new hoses will be needed."

Did 71-79 trucks have 7/16-20 caliper fitting? What size hard lines were on the 71-79? 3/16 or 1/4? Maybe one of these year hoses might work...

If I can confirm if the 71-79 hoses are 7/16x20 and hard line size is 3/16" and if the length is long enough, that would be great...

Otherwise, may have to use adapter to reduce the 1/4 hard line to 3/16": something like this:
Dorman Brass Tube Adapter Part # 072570BP - Brass Adapter, Male (1/4-18 NPT), Female (3/8-18 NPT)

I used all of the brake lines and such out of a 75 year model truck, I just put These calipers in and used stock 75 brake hoses https://www.summitracing.com/parts/c.../c10/year/1985. I don't know what size the hard line as I didn't have to deal with that this time.

when I purchased my kit from cpp I wanted to order extra parts in case they were no longer in business down the road. I was quoted any parts store that carried 71-72 heavy duty C-10 brake parts would fit.

Edit: Thought I posted this Monday but was still hung up... I tried a 79 hose, banjo bolt hole not big enough. I can't speak to the 71/72 hoses, but worth looking into.
I believe I have found a solution, at least so I can get my truck back to a roller again.
Thanks to Keith, he suggested I look for a '73 C10 hose. O'Reilly BrakeBest P/Ns: BH86550 and BH86551 hoses looked to be pretty close to what I had on the truck before. Same length (~22") but allows the 7/16x20 banjo bolts and 3/16" hard line fittings. I have what I believe to be a 73-87 disc brake swap, with control arms, 1.25" rotors and calipers from an unknown year.

These O'Reilly hoses were a tad off on the angle where the square block mounts on the calipers, a minor tweak allowed me to mount them without interfering with the upper ball joint nut. Hoses are a little long, as the hardline comes thru the frame in front of the upper control arm.
Put 'em on and checked for leaks, so far so good. I'll continue the search for a better long term fit, but for now, these will work. Thx, Keith!

These P/Ns also cross reference to Duralast P/Ns 77020 and 77021.

Thx, CPP said '71-79 hoses would work with these calipers. I'll go in the parts store and look at every year and see... lol
