jkade- I think your original question was how low you could get without cutting up your floor, etc. I know this isn't a Blazer, but this truck is about as low as you can get without cutting the bed or fenderliners and it does not have a raised crossmember-

That blazer looks sweer but I aint crazy about the dust shields behind the wheels. It would look a lot better with some big brakes showing.

That stance looks good. But it just isnt low enough for my taste. I want the pinchweld almost on the ground. I have no problems with a c notch , crossmember and Inner fender mods.

yes its just a 8 in notch and yes the frame had to be notched slighty to clear the trailing arms
in the front i lowered the botton of the lower a arm and built a pocket for the bag to sit in and z notched frame 2.5 in this will work if i stay with 20" wheels if i want to run 22" wheels i will have to get drop spindels

i will get some close up picks of the back for you
and as far as notching the crossmember all you need to know is that you have to get crosmember higher than or even with frame rails cause when you lay the rails you should be between 1/8 and 1/4 from pinch i will see if i can get you a few shots of differant ways to get that done too

He did a Z instead of drop spindles. Seems to me, 2.5" is 2.5" no matter where you get it. But, you wiil definitely want to section the front crossmember.

Are you bottoming out the notch?

Running any blocks?

I too would like to see some pics of your clearancing for the trailing arms.

with 20"s i have clearance in notch layed out with 22"s i am right on notch layed out i should have some pics this weekend and yes i am running blocks in back wihout blocks it would be very difucult to keep stock trailing arms if i were to do it aging i would change a few things and probley just build new frame from trailing arms back
