Talking Update on my 53 suburban

Motor/trans in
wiring 50% done
Brakes 40% done
Lots to do. I really want to be driving in 6 weeks!



And last week, my lovely wife says to me....Ya know, I don't care for that old dark green paint. We should strip it.

I said...Ya know, If we wanna drive this thing soon, I have lots to do, but have at it if it's what you want.

The next day I came home from work and the right rear fender is bare metal! And now all the fenders are bare, as is the entire passenger side quarter panel.

So here's a pic or two of her from a couple nights ago, and of the burb from friday morning. There's much more stripped since then.

She's a keeper!
