Post Engine ID needed.........

Casting on rear of block is 14016379.
Number on front pad is VC243800.
Head casting numbers are 462624.
Thanks for any help.

I agree an the heads but my info says 78-85 350

My book doesn't even have your block casting #'s, but is says your heads are a '77 - '86 350.
Just another option, but I have proved it wrong before.

VC243800 is impossible, recheck it, it will be V02-----
the last three should be letters beginning with C or T(90% of all blocks do after 69)

V is foundry plant, next four digits are date code 02 would be february, and next two wil be day of the month, IE no higher than 31
and the last three are the suffix stamping code that tells you all the good stuff
