Post Brake Rotor question?

I just put 76 chevy (3/4 ton) axles on my truck. I was wondering can you replace just the rotor or do you have to replace the whole hub.
PS How hard is it to replace the pads on a 14 bolt rear end?

Thanks,
TIM

The hub and rotor are one.
