Post Would my truck still run if....................

I was always a fan of hugger orange on chevys, but I've got to admit that the new F#$& color on the trucks is really catching my eye. What would my truck run like if...........I painted it a FORD color?

It will blow up. Ford uses a special paint that can damage a Chevy on contact. It's the only way Ford could hurt Chevy trucks

Dude resist dont do it,the magnetic microns are not compatible with the Chevy Metal,it will even start to breakdown your drivetrain, basically turn your truck into a lemon.
I recently picked out a colr for my Blazer, its hard to chose,my favorite was actually a F D color gold, but i couldnt do it and went with a similar 2001 Chevy truck gold, the other was a little prettier, but i couldnt tell no one.oh its a F D Gold
Really it shouldnt matter no one will never know, just dont mention the make, just call it by the color.mine ended up Light Autumnwood Gold-long for Champagne Gold,I dont remember the ford name it was probably Champagne Gold.Only reason it probably didnt end up the F D color was my paint guy was standing there speaking loudly in the paint shop-why would you paint Chevy a Ford color,it was actually getting to me,so i didnt commit the crime,Guess to me its like me blowing up my 402 truck motor, and going geez my buddy has a F D 460 for free, heck ill drop that in there.but i did have a 64 Belair 2dr post with a Poncho 455 hp motor in it and it was quite fun, hard to sell as a morphidite.was the most solid early chevy i had ever owned.if i woulda put a chevy motor in it,probably would of sold it way sooner for way more money,i got a trillion calls-to the point where i turned the ringer off, first thing people would ask are you sure its not a 454-thought it was a typo,no one even looked at it,until one night this kid showed up to see it,i took him for a quick ride full of burnouts, tire chirping shifts,he grinned from ear to ear,and said ill take it!!!!Only car i ever regret selling. But that money bought my 69 SWB so i guess i can just leave it a memory,id love to have another 62-6 post car,and put a killer Chev motor in it,heck maybe a 500 caddy would be cool-cheap torque
