Lightbulb Front end poll!

Ok folks, I've been off the project for quite a few months now. If the company comes through with the bonus that's being projected for Febuary, there should be a little left over after the "honey do's". I'm back to the big debate of whether to drop in a costly IFS (which is really sweet) or getting a front clip out of a yard and having it blasted. I wouldn't be against dropping the front slightly but, it's not a huge selling point. I do want to get larger disk brakes on the front no matter what. The weight plus the hp that I want to put in is going to required some healthy stopping power.
BTW, I plan on making the panel a street machine. Occasional trips down the road but, mainly a play toy for the weekends. Starting out with about 350 hp and would like to end up with quite a bit more.....
Thoughts?

I'm sure you know you can get the big brakes for the stock disc set up from Baer. The only other advantages to the kits would be loosing some weight, looks good, improved handling and adding a power/manual rack and pinion steering. With the Fatman that I got, it's suppose to be good for 5" of drop with the stock Mustang II spindles. I also went with the coil over option also, so ride height is somewhat adjustable. Pictures in link in sig.

Excellent pics! Very nice work! I know that it probably came in well under the cost of an IFS as well.

I take that back on the cost! Looking up your parts last night, it's still above 2K but, still looks like it'll work good.

74 Chevy dropped with discs.

I cut one coil and it works. The rear end is another pain in the butt so to speak. Kerry
