looking for a thread....

a while back i saw a thread in which the guy was showing how he put the filler to his blazer tank in the top of the bed rail, and then went down through the stake pocket to the bottom of the bed. it looked really nice and i meant to save the thread but of course i didn't

can anyone help me?
