While the size may will be the same, the drum its self will not swap front to back.

Talking They will fit from front to back...

Sure they will. You just have to knock the rivits off the front drums that hold them to the hub. Drums have the same part # front to rear. ** The part man speakith!! ** Yes I am a loser and have a Raybestos catalog at home that we use at work. LOL.

I know when I bought mine for the 68 burb they were the same part number.
