wow i got it to work..this is my 70 i got back in march..did a frame off in about 3 months, changed over to 5 bolt with discs..threw in a 305 i had laying around.did have a saginaw 4 gear but blew it to bits..back to an old reliable 3 speed for now..going to rebuild my muncie over the winter..its far from done but at least i can drive it..futere plans are 68 front clip..but the color will stay the same..different wheels and tires..maybe alum. slotts or american racing torque thrust d"s

AWW RIGHT!! Another stepside member! Is that like a 12 inch steering wheel? Do you prefer it that size? I like the mooneyes sticker on the fender, think it makes it look slick!IMO

Awsome points...
1. Short step just screams hot rod.
2. The mon eyes...something you just don't see these days.
3. bare foot pedal...gotta love it.
What happened to the primer flames? You didn't let the wifey talk you out of them did you?
All you need now is the aformentioned rims...maybe craigers...and some side pipes.
BTW...what the h*ll is up with your seat?

the steering wheel is a 10 inch and i love it all ya got do do is palm it around..im sure the local law wouldnt like it though..never got to the flames been puttin trannys in..blew out saginaw..bought some thing i figured out to be a 3 speed with overdrive, it made a hell of a noise so now i threw the 3 speed in..just in time to..beater car blew up..toyota blew a head gasket..so the chev is everyday ride at the moment and as for the seat..the foam on my seat was pretty much gone..in a hurry and broke i looked in the yard and seen a lawn glider..well i stole the foam off it and its a little to thick..lol.it goes down to normal size when you sit on it ive been addicted to moon stickers since i was a kid..just gotta have em"!!!!
