what you guys think on this concept???

just trying to gather some info on a drag rear end and see if one of these would work. if not i was also thinking on fabing up some new trailing arms.

I would stick with trailing arms. Trailing arms work well here's proof.

Motor only:
6.44 1/8 @ 104.13
10.39 1/4 @ 125.83

Nitrous Times:
5.785 1/8 @ 118.65 with a 1.336 60ft
9.168 1/4 @ 142.58 with a 250 shot dead out of the hole!

it has a glass nose and doors but it still weighs almost as much as it did when it was all steel and step side. It weighed 3200 with me in it last year but hopefully will be about 100 to 200lbs lighter this year.

i was planning on doing a glass front, doors and bed, with a 396 CI and auto tranny plus keep it a long bed to start out with, dont know if its a good combination.but im still learning

I would leave it steel unless its an all out race truck. I may put steel doors back on mine at some point.
